This study is a collaborative effort that draws insights from several foresight studies and exercises that Policy Horizons Canada prepared between November 2011 and August 2012, including: The Next Economy and Driving Policy on a Shifting Terrain. Those studies involved interviews and workshops with a wide cross–section of national and international participants from government, the private sector, civil society and universities. These participants are listed in each of the studies. Policy Horizons Canada is grateful to them for sharing their ideas and insights.
